Anchor Trust are one of the countries largest provider of 3rd age care and has a property portfolio covering in excess of 1000 sites.
The Client has adopted a partnership approach to the structured replacement of failing and / or fuel inefficient boiler plant across the country.
The Partnership consists of the Client, ATAG Heating UK Ltd, JSH Consulting Ltd, A1 Bridge Flue Systems Ltd, ARK Measurement and Control Ltd and 7 regional installers.
JSH are involved in the individual site surveys, specification of replacement plant and system modifications and co-ordination of site activities.
