The JSH service can include project financial
management, from initial estimates at the conceptual stage, milestone cost
checking and pre and post contract services including final account
negotiations.

Project Management
We are familiar with the standard forms of JCT

JSH are able to provide a day to day technical and /
or project management function either as a bureau service or visiting
personnel.
We are also able to act as Employers Agent, with
periodic visits and reports recording the findings.
Systems
Our work is generated and produced using industry
standard software including:
- Computer produced drawings in .dwg or .dxf format
- Computer aided calculation software for system design - Hevacomp.
- Specifications produced using Barbour Index specification expert Building Services version in National Engineering Specification format.
- Computer software for system
analysis and simulation.
- Standard MS format word processing, spreadsheet
and database formats
Additionally, all our work is produced in accordance
with a quality system.
